How to create a new Quiltt admin account and link your old one
This short summary will show you how to create a new admin account and link your old one. This is a required process as of July 4, 2024 to use the new unified credentials for accessing the admin portal and the mobile apps.
Open https://manage.quiltt.com and click Sign In. If you don't see this new sign in page, you may need to clear the cookies and site data first. See here for how to do this on Chrome and on Microsoft Edge.
You now have the option to sign in using Google, Apple or an email/password. If you choose to sign in with an email/password, you will first need to create an account. To create an account click Sign Up under the Continue button and follow the steps.
Enter your email and password.
Check your email and look for a message from "Command Center <no-reply@auth0user.net>. Click the VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT button:
Click the Back to Command Center button.
Enter your new username and password.
You will then be prompted to enter your old credentials. This will link your new account with your old account.
